The Home Furnishing Brand「jzhome几致家居」x UCCA Launched Co-branded Product 'POP CAT'

jzhome and UCCA (Ullens Center for Contemporary Art), inspired by the UCCA exhibition "Becoming Andy Warhol", jointly launched the "POP CAT" home collection.


This collaboration includes coffee cups, saucers and dessert plates, featuring contrasting colours and pop cat elements, injecting modern vision into the products. The inspiration of the designs aims to pay tribute to Andy Warhol and show the charm of Pop Art.


Founded in 2019, jzhome is positioned as a young home design brand integrating new Nordic design and contemporary Chinese life. It hopes to help consumers explore the fun and surprises in ordinary life through "good design worths buying".


jzhome's design concept is based on minimalism and practicality, focusing on simple shapes and textured materials. The brand hopes to provide high-quality home furnishing products that coexist with beauty and practicality. At present, the brand product line has covered indoor aromatherapy, storage, tableware, drinking utensils, kitchen utensils, etc.




Hyper-realistic Digital Human & Asset Operator「AYAYI燃麦科技」Completed PRE-A

The hyper-realistic digital human & digital asset operator AYAYI completed the PRE-A financing round, invested by SIG, and MM Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The company will use this round of funding for more digital asset development and operation and the company's global layout.


As the creator of AYAYI, a hyper-realistic digital person, it positions as an operator and has managed digital assets since 2020. In September 2021, AYAYI announced to join Alibaba and has successively reached cooperation with top international brands such as BOSS, Porsche, and BURBERRY




Judydoll橘朵」Launches Keith Haring Artist Co-branded Makeup Collection

Makeup brand JULLDOLL and American street painting artist Keith Haring jointly launched the "Play Color Graffiti" artist makeup collection. This collaboration includes four different categories of beauty products: four-colour eye shadow pallets, monochrome blush, liquid eye shadow, and lip cream.


The product officially launched on 14th January, and it will be accompanied by a fan interaction event with the theme of "Street People of Love". Keith Haring, a street painting artist who started his career in the United States in 1980. The pop style influences his creations, and his paintings are rich in childlike colours, often composed of simple outlines. The product packaging and colourways in the co-branded collection feature Keith Haring's iconic graffiti.


JULLDOLL was established in Shanghai in 2017 and is a makeup brand company. It is committed to providing personalised and practical beauty products for young consumer groups, enriching consumers' makeup experience. It is available through online channels such as Tmall and WeChat mini-programs. At the same time, JULLDOLL has opened 14 offline experience stores across the country.



ByteDance's Fragrance Brand「EMOTIF」Will Be Officially Launched

ByteDance's fragrance "EMOTIF" is being commissioned. The product collections are "Electronic Lover", "Deep Sea Flight", and "Pompidou Only Drinks Champagne", representing woody floral, Fougere, and Fruity Floral scents. Each product is available in 2 ml and 9 ml sizes, priced at RMB¥19.9 and RMB¥198, respectively.


EMOTIF is a trademark registered in 2021 by Beijing Yanlai Trading Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Byte. Previously, Byte's investments in new consumption areas included liquor brand Houxue Liquor, light food brand Shark Fit and Manner Coffee.



Multi Brand Retailer「HARMAY話梅」Received US$200 Million In Series C & D

The multi cosmetics retailer store HARMAY announced that it had received nearly US$200 million in C and D rounds of financing. Brand Planet has listed the financing parties' information as follows:

Series C financing: led by General Atlantic, followed by Hillhouse Capital, Ocean Link, Ou Ling Investment, Wuyue Capital, Zhongding Capital, and Black Ant Capital;

Series D financing: led by QY Capital, followed by General Atlantic, Bell Capital, Wuyue Capital and Ocean Link.


Founded in 2013, HARMAY positions as a "warehouse-type new retail brand". In 2017, HARMAY opened its first offline store on Anfu Road, Shanghai, and has opened several offline stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an, Hangzhou, Chongqing and other places. In September 2021, Huamei opened a new store, "Huameifang" on Wukang Road, Shanghai.



Multi Brand Makeup Retailer「WOW COLOUR」Completes Multi-Million US$ In Series A

The beauty collection store brand WOW COLOUR has completed the A+ financing round of hundreds of millions of dollars, which the investor has not disclosed. After this investment round, the brand valuation reached US$1 billion. It will expand the sinking market in the future and plans to open 200 new stores nationwide in 2022.
