Skincare Brand「UNISKIN优时颜」Completes Over RMB¥100 Million Series B

The skincare brand UNISKIN completed a series B financing of more than RMB¥100 million. The investors are MSA Capital and VMS Investment Group, and Taihecap is the exclusive financial adviser. This round of financing funds will be used for brand building, R&D investment, marketing and team building.


UNISKIN was established in 2018, focusing on anti-ageing skincare products.




Bodycare Brand「JIWU己勿」Announced Completion Of Multi-million Financing

The body care brand JIWU announced that it had completed a multi-million yuan seed financing round. Investors are Tuspark, City University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Research Institute, XIVO Design, and Opal Group. It's launched online at the end of October 2021. The first product, male intimate hygiene lotion, uses a friendly facial cleansing bottle design to protect user privacy.


Omnichannel strategy is the core channel strategy. At present, JIWU has opened official flagship stores of traditional eCommerce channels such as Pinduoduo, Tmall, and Dewu, and will further expand into new eCommerce channels such as Douyin, Kuaishou, and live short video. It is estimated that in 2022, JIWU will enter offline brick and mortar, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, hotel channels, pharmacies, entertainment venues, etc., and cover more regions.




Cat Food Brand「PETCLEAR俏贝丽」Completes US$4 Million Angel Round

Cat food brand PETCLEAR completed a US$4 million angel round of financing from overseas individual investors. The brand will use this financing round for product development and market expansion.


PETCLEAR is a subsidiary of Shanghai Qiaobeili Pet Products Co., Ltd., established in 2013. It specialises in premium domestic cat food uses beef as the raw ingredient. It also launches products such as dog food, pet health care, pet medicine, cleaning and washing products.




「MAIA ACTIVE」Releases Amateur Sports Reality Show

The designer sportswear brand MAIA ACTIVE specially created for Asian women, released its micro reality show "Training Plan". The show recorded ten weeks of personal training and daily life of 8 women, including teachers, industry executives, and athletes. The theme is around body shape, sports, women in the new era, anxiety, self-consciousness, and encouraging everyone to exercise as a part of life.

Trendy Street Brand「INXXSTREET」Launched First Flagship Store In Hangzhou

The trendy street brand INXXSTREET officially opened its first flagship store on the Southern Song Dynasty Royal Street in Hangzhou. With the design concept of "Rebirth", the store launched the INXXSTREET 2022ss "NIRVANA Nirvana Rebirth" apparel collection at the same time.


INXXSTREET was founded in 2018 and belonged to the fashion buyer platform INXX. In terms of channels, the brand has established Tmall's official flagship store and INXX WeChat Mini Program Mall, and sold offline through INXX national stores and INXXSTREET flagship stores.



Multi Retail Store「POEM & MIRROR」Completed Tens Of Millions of Pre-A

The "Three Traps" collection retail store brand POEM & MIRROR completed a pre-A round of financing of tens of millions of yuan. ZWC Partners led the investment, Shunwei Capital followed the investment, and XH Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor. The store will use this financing round for store development and supply chain expansion. The brand completed a ten million dollar angel round of funding from Xiaomi Group and Xianfeng Evergreen on November 8. After this financing, the brand's total funding amounted to nearly RMB¥100 million.


Established in April 2021, POEM & MIRROR focus on "Three Traps" girls - culture fashion slang for three types of garments: Hanfu, the traditional clothing worn by China's Han ethnic group; Lolita costumes and JK uniforms. The main product categories are "Three Traps" outfits, makeup, perfume, accessories, cultural accessories and other peripherals. , The first store in China is located in Jing'an Temple, Shanghai, across two floors covering an area of 1,000 square meters.


The brand said that in 2022, POEM & MIRROR are preparing to open six more flagship stores and 12 pop-up stores with a "Three Traps" theme.
