French Niche Perfume House「L'Artisan Parfumeur阿蒂仙之香」Officially Launched In China

French niche fragrance house L'Artisan Parfumeur entered the mainland market and opened its first boutique in Shanghai IFC mall.


L'Artisan Parfumeur colllections include: Inspiration Origin Collection (La Collection), Extraordinary Landscape Collection (Les Paysages), Light Water Collection (Les Colognes), Home Fragrance Collection (La Maison), etc. What's more remarkable is that L'Artisan Parfumeur also provides personalised engraving services for perfumes or candles.




SOOCAS Has Been Accepted For Sci-tech Innovation Board IPO

According to the information on the official website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the IPO of Shenzhen Soocas Technology Co., Ltd. (SOOCAS) on the Science and Technology Innovation Board was accepted.


According to the prospectus, the main business of SOOCAS is the research and development, design, production and sales of small household appliances for personal care. At present, it has launched three product categories: oral care, shaving supplies and haircare. The company's products include its own-brand products and Xiaomi's customised brand products. Its brands are mainly private household appliances brand "SOOCARE", and also have high-end female personal care technology brand "AIRFLY" and personal care brand "PINJING".


The key information of the prospectus is as follows:

  • TOTAL REVENUE: RMB¥910 million in the first half of 2021, RMB¥1.37 billion in 2020;

  • NET PROFIT ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE PARENT COMPANY: RMB¥92.157 million in the first half of 2021, RMB¥69.818 million in 2020;

Revenue by product category:

  • ORAL CARE: In the first half of 2021, it will be RMB¥530 million, accounting for 58.1%; in 2020, it will be RMB¥810 million, accounting for 59.3%;

  • SHAVING SUPPLIES: In the first half of 2021, it will be RMB¥250 million, accounting for 27.6%; in 2020, it will be RMB¥360 ​​million, accounting for 26.6%;

  • HAIRCARE: RMB ¥130 million in the first half of 2021, accounting for 14.3%; RMB¥190 million in 2020, accounting for 14.1%.

According to the prospectus, SOOCAS's own-brand products are also sold through Xiaomi's direct sales model and the Youpin platform operated by Xiaomi. SOOCAS stated that there is a risk that the sales channels of its own-brand products are partially dependent on Xiaomi.





Multiband Streetwear Retailer「KNOWIN潮流实验室」Received Investment From Alibaba

The public equity information of the one-stop fashion lifestyle platform KNOWIN has been updated, and Alibaba has been added as a NEW shareholder, with 8.9% of shares.


Before the changes, KNOWIN announced in May 2021 that it had completed a round A financing of nearly RMB¥200 million. The investors were Jingwei China, Yunjiu Capital and Zhen Fund. It is worth mentioning that Bilibili is an angel investor of KNOWIN. KNOWIN has opened two offline stores in Shanghai and Chengdu; the main categories include trendy sneakers, clothing, accessories, and toys.




Trending IP Enterprise「Mytoys模言文化」Ten Million-Level Pre-A Round of Financing

Trending IP enterprise MYTOYS has completed a Pre-A round of financing of tens of millions of yuan, exclusively invested by Bure Capital. The funds will be mainly used for IP matrix creation, animation production, new IP signing, deep channel operation, user operations, etc.


MYTOYS was established in April 2021 and launched the first trendy IP MR.BONE in July. Its trendy IP includes entertainment celebrity IP, original IP, early incubation IP, etc. At present, there are 14 trendy IPs under its umbrella.





「Li-Ning李宁」× SORAYAMA空山基 Launched The Second Collaboration


Li-Ning collaborated with Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama for the second time and launched a joint series, "Let sports light your passion", inspired by the torch and key patterns. It is currently available on the market in China and Japan and will be launched globally soon.





AR Glasses Brand「INMO影目科技」Completed Pre-A

AR intelligent glasses brand INMO completed a pre-A round of financing of tens of millions of yuan, led by Jingwei Venture Capital, followed by Unity Ventures and JUNSAN Capital. The funds will be used for product production and brand building.


Established in 2020, INMO launched two smart glasses, INMO X and INMO Air, through its official website. INMO Air is mainly for retail customers, with functions such as calling, taking photos, prompting, and translating.
