Intelligent Mirror Display Technology Company「MORROR未来镜」Completed Tens Of Millions In A Round

Smart mirror transparent display hardware company MORROR completed tens of millions of yuan in Series A financing, exclusively invested by Genilink Capital. This round of funds is mainly used for offline channels, overseas expansion and product R&D.


The current main track of MORROR revolves around transparent mirror display technology and focus on consumer electronics and beauty categories. For consumer electronics, based on different scenarios (To B's medical beauty institutions, beauty salon scenes, and gym), products are smart medical mirrors, smart fitness mirrors, MORROR ART speakers, MORROR beauty mirrors and moon mirrors. In January 2020, the MORROR ART speaker went online for Xiaomi Youpin crowdfunding. Sales reached RMB¥6.53 million within 14 days, and the annual sales exceeded RMB¥50 million. In April 2021, the MORROR ART Bluetooth speaker launched Xiaomi Youpin for crowdfunding, and sales reached RMB¥6.18 million within 8 days.

Home fitness technology brand YESOUL received over RMB¥100 million in Series A financing, led by Xiaomi Group, followed by Shunwei Capital and Zero2IPO Ventures. The brand will mainly use this round of funds to develop new intelligent hardware products, optimise the supply chain system, strengthen the content of online courses, and explore overseas markets.

Established in Shanghai in 2016, through the "hardware + content" model, YESOUL cuts into the home scene and provides users with professional and exciting fitness services. According to our data, the sales of YESOUL's small spinning bikes in the 1H of 2021 ranked first on both Tmall and JD.com channels within the category.



Ski Brand「NOBADAY奥雪文化」Received Tens Of Millions Of A Round Financing.

滑雪运动装备品牌「奥雪文化」宣布完成数千万元 A 轮融资,由宝尊电商创投基金宝锐资本投资。本轮资金将用于线下渠道拓展、科技研发和人才引进。今年 2 月,公司已完成 2000 万元 Pre-A 轮融资。


奥雪文化 2014 年成立于北京,以滑雪自媒体(微信公众号)起家,至今在全网拥有 300 多万粉丝。2015 年,公司推出了两个滑雪装备品牌「零夏」和「NOBADAY」,前者主打高性价比的滑雪装备,后者 则是提供更专业舒适的滑雪装备以及全季的户外运动潮流服饰。

Harbin Optipharm Technology Co applied for GEM IPO review status changed to "inquired". CITIC Securities is its sponsor and plans to raise RMB¥1.89661 billion.


Data shows that from 2018, OPTIPHARM total revenue has increased year by year. In 2019, it rose by 258% year-on-year to RMB¥1.342 billion. Last year it further increased to RMB¥1.585 billion. This year's first quarter recorded RMB¥347 million, with a net profit of RMB¥173 million.




Sparkling Wine Brand「MOMENTEN十点一刻」Completed Pre-A Round Of Financing

Sparkling wine brand MOMENTEN completed the Pre-A round of financing. The investors are Hupu Sports, Tencent Investment, and Jiayu Capital. MOMENTEN completed an angel round of financing in December 2020.


MOMENTEN was established in Shanghai in 2020, focusing on research, development, production, and sales of sugar-free sparkling wine. The brand was built around "sweat-free sparkling wine", tailoring products that meet their aesthetics and drinking habits for young drinking people aged 18-30, advocating a more casual and self-drinking culture.



ADOPT A COW认养一头牛」Proposed A-share Listing

The dairy brand ADOPT A COW is reported to have signed a listing counselling agreement with CITIC Securities at the end of September and intends to list on the A-share market. In April this year, it has just completed the A round of financing.


Founded in Hangzhou in 2016, ADOPT A COW is a dairy company that integrates dairy cow breeding, pasture planting, tourism, feed processing, dairy product processing and sales. The brand uses its WeChat official account to broadcast live cow farming to consumers 24 hours a day. At present, ADOPT A COW has many modern farms in China, and products are room temperature pure milk, room temperature yoghurt, and milk powder etc.



Specialist Retailer「KIDSWANT孩子王」Launched Into Growth Enterprise Market

The specialist brand KIDSWANT was officially listed on the Growth Enterprise Market, with a total market value of more than RMB¥21.7 billion yuan.


KIDSWANT was founded in 2009 for expectant mothers and children aged 0-14, mainly providing one-stop shopping, parenting and growth and social interaction services. According to the prospectus, KIDSWANT achieved profitability in 2017, and the net profit increased continuously for the next two years, and the gross profit margin remained around 30%.


Since its establishment, KIDSWANT has gone through 6 rounds of financing. Before the IPO, Hillhouse was the most significant external institutional shareholder, holding 12.49%, Warburg Pincus held 6.89%, Tencent held 3%, and Dazheng Capital had 2.40%.
